Assigned parking is a privilege and may be revoked by Management if it is not used. Vehicles must be parked HEADING IN unless charging at an EV charging station. No boats, vans, trucks or trailers are to be parked on the premises. Residents must keep the registration of their vehicles current at all times. Nothing shall be stored in garages that will prevent parking an automobile. Vehicles which are non-operational or leaking oil must be removed from the premises. Resident will not permit vehicles to be repaired or serviced on the premises, and will not wash vehicles except in the area specifically for that purpose. There is no guest parking. Vehicles may not park in the FIRE LANE.
